The technical inspection centre of TECHNOTEST holds a License for control technical inspections category V to perform periodic tests for verification of the technical roadworthiness of:
- Passenger cars;
- Trucks;
- Buses;
- Trailers and semi-trailers;
- Vehicles of types EX/II, EX/III, FL, AT and MEMU carrying certain dangerous goods
These inspections include:
- Periodic inspections for verification of the technical roadworthiness (annual technical inspections);
- Periodic inspections for verification of the technical roadworthiness pursuant to the CEMT Resolution;
- Periodic inspections for verification of the technical roadworthiness of road vehicles carrying certain dangerous goods (EX/II, EX/III, FL, AT and MEMU types)
- Periodic leakage and hydraulic pressure tests with test pressure up to 4 bar for tanks (fixed, interchangeable, portable, tank-containers) intended for the carriage of dangerous goods
The inspections are carried out on the basis of:
- Ordinance No H-32/2011 of the MTITC on the periodical technical inspections for verification of the technical roadworthiness of the vehicles;
- Ordinance No 40/2004 of the MTITC, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Environment and Water on the terms and conditions and order for execution of road transport of dangerous goods;
- Standard BDS EN 12972 for testing, checking and marking of metal tanks for dangerous goods;
- European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)
