These inspections are carried out on vehicles which registration has been suspended and subsequently restored. A test report is issued on the basis of which the Traffic Police restores the registration.
The following documents should be submitted during these inspections:
- A document certifying the origin of the vehicle which registration has been suspended (the original or a copy of the old registration card), or
- A certificate of suspension of the registration of the vehicle issued by the Traffic Police and
- Document (s) certifying the ownership of the vehicle.
The inspections are carried out on the basis of:
- Ordinance No I-45/2000 of the Ministry of Interior – on the registration, reporting, mobilisation and immobilisation of road vehicles and trailers towed by them
