Memberships, Accreditations and Notifications

For the lawful performance of its activity TECHNOTEST owns licenses, certificates and permits issued by the competent authorities:

  • Certificate No 41-ЛИ dated October 25th, 2012 valid until October 28th, 2020, issued by EA ‘Bulgarian Accreditation Service’ to the Testing Division as an accredited testing laboratory – based on BDS EN ISO/IEC 17025;
  • Certificate No 4ОСП dated October 23rd, 2018 valid until October 23rd, 2022 issued by EA ‘Bulgarian Accreditation Service’ to the Evaluation Division as an accredited body for certification of products according to the requirements of BDS EN ISO/IEC 17065;
  • E34/B for a notified technical service of the Ministry of Transport for the application of UNECE technical regulations regarding the type approval of new road vehicles and their trailers – based on the Geneva Convention of 1958 (ratified by the Republic of Bulgaria in 1999);
  • Certificate No 12 100 25562 TMS valid until June 28th, 2020 issued by TÜV SÜD Management Service, Germany for the implementation, developing and maintenance of a Quality Management System in the Testing Division – based on BDS EN ISO 9001;
  • Permit No 462 issued by the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications (MTITC) to a technical facility category V for carrying out of periodic technical inspections of the road vehicles – based on Ordinance H-32 of the MTITC;
  • Certificate No e34*2007/46-05 dated November 02nd, 2016 valid until November 02nd, 2019 issued by the EA ‘Automotive Administration’ (MTITC) to the Testing Division as a notified technical service category A of the Republic of Bulgaria to the European Union – based on Directive 2007/46/EC, Ordinance 60 and other regulatory deeds for type approval of new vehicles (categories M, N and O) and individual approval of new vehicles (categories M, N and O)
